I had high hopes for my stay at Terranea, but unfortunately, it felt like they were struggling significantly with staffing and organization, which overshadowed the beautiful location. While the grounds are stunning and the views are breathtaking, the level of service left much to be desired. The lack of proper response to issues and disappointing dining experiences made my visit less enjoyable than I had anticipated.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped and the activities available are varied and engaging, perfect for families.
